Don’t Steal the Brainrots went live on Roblox on 15 September 2025 as a lol games.. simulation tycoon (place 73518504439978, five players per server). The pitch has not changed: sneak sleeping Brainrots, run when they wake, park them, upgrade, expand the plot, trade and gift, earn offline. The experience was last patched around 6 September 2026 (Roblox showed an update in that first week of September). That patch sits inside a live event window, not after it. The Roblox event banner is titled NEW FOOD UPDATE and lists Foods, New Floors, more, running 31 August through 14 September 2026. If you log in during that window and spend everything on unnamed pencils, you are updating your plot in the wrong direction.
What we treat as a real update
We only write down changes we can pin to the official place, the event UI, or dated patches. We do not import Steal a Brainrot patch logs. There is no conveyor, no rebirth, no base lock, and no Medusa head in this game, so those notes would be fiction. 31 August 2026 — Food Update event starts. Foods, new floors, more. Strawberry Elephant and Spaghetti Tualetti are the food-facing Secrets. Mixed Boss is a watermelon body already labeled Exclusive. Extra floors are the layout change that makes plot planning mandatory instead of optional.
Around 6 September 2026 — latest live patch. Mid-event maintenance. Recheck floors and food tags after any restart. Do not assume a Secret you parked on 5 September still sits in the same slot if you have not logged in.
14 September 2026 — Food Update event ends. Units you already own remain on the plot and keep printing. The banner going away is not a delete button. It is a reminder to stop waiting for free food spawns and to go back to disciplined sleep windows.
How patches should change your habits
New floors change steal routes because the walk from the field to an upstairs slot is longer. If you lift Mixed Boss and then sightsee, the gorilla wakes. Practice the new path in a quiet lobby before you hunt Secrets. New foods change gift value: a strawberry Exclusive is not a joke item during a food event. Read trading before you donate the mascot.
Codes still do not have a public redeem list as of September 2026. After a patch, people will claim otherwise. Check how to redeem only so you know where a code would go if one ever appears, then ignore chat strings. Group rewards remain the safe cash.
Scripts and helpers get noisier after events because everyone wants to auto-walk floors. If you read the scripts hub, treat it as a warning label, not a shopping list. The studio’s own loop is short enough that a clean sneak plus a planned floor beats a brittle auto-farm that dumps your Secret in a wall.
What did not change
Five players. Sleep windows. Chase bangs. Offline printing. Exclusive and Secret as the words on the models. When a future event adds more than foods and floors, it gets its own child page the same way Food Update did. Until then, do not invent weekly admin-abuse schedules from a different brainrot game.
If you are returning after months away, do three things in order: claim group cash, walk your plot so you see the new floors, then read the Food Update notes before you steal.
